weird kerberos error

hello!
a user had trouble logging in. he got a 'kerberos error 37' error. this is
the message that he sent me:
I just tried to log in and it said that authentication failed due
to a kerberos 37 error. It was pretty messed up. It also said to
retry on that terminal or a different one. Finally I got in on
the fourth terminal that I tried. I have a feeling that those
terminals may have hardware problems because I asked some other
people here and they said that I wasn't the only one who had
trouble logging in to those terminals. Weird huh.
2 of the terminals were: m1-142-9 and m1-142-1
