The xcm and osf discuss meetings are in /site/discuss/xcm and osf.
/usr/spool/discuss/xcm is a symlink to /site/discuss/xcm and the same
for osf.
They are now "squirreled" away.
There is now 2.8 meg free in /usr/spool/discuss
