The security problem will still exist even with the deletion of these
system packs. Until all 7.0 and 7.1 packs are also expunged, this
security hole will exist. I have closed it on 7.3 VAX and RT, but the
RISC/6000, Ultrix, and all pre-7.3 machines are susceptible.
