[7007] in Hotline Meeting

M4-167-7 was found with the cursor in the lower left corner of the screen.
I tried rebooting the system twice, power cycled system, ran diags. showed
no problem, formatted and loaded software but kept coming back to the cursor
in the lower left hand corner of the screen.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
