We have backups to reconstruct your home directory as it was at about
5 or 6 o'clock this morning, or as it was before May 28. If I
understand your problem correctly, that means we can't get your thesis
back for you. Do you remember which workstation you were using? If
fewer than three days have gone by, there may be emacs auto-save files
still in /usr/tmp.

To prevent this sort of problem from recurring, you may want to look
into the xscreensaver program in the sipb locker.

	add sipb
	xscreensaver -l

Will give you an icon that you can click the mouse on to lock the
screen of your workstation. To unlock it when you get back, you need
to type your password in the xscreensaver window.
