Two of the printers in 38-344 are in need of attention.
Bixby (SN RI2787) has had its top cover broken in such a way that it
will no longer latch. We do not know who did this.
Aldiss (SN RI2504) appears to have a bad print drawer. The image is
extremely light and streaky, and swapping of both OPCs and drawers
seems to confirm that it is, in fact, the drawer.
