Hi, one of the dell monitors in the sipb office (w20-557) has gone
bad. It no longer displays blacks. It's brightness is all the way
down, but it's displays is similar to if it's brightness was all the
way up. Could you please replace it?
It's opus's monitor. Opus is mit id 0363854. serial number 2Q9CM01.
It's the only black dell monitor, second monitor straight in from the
door. There's a kerberos doll on top of it.
