Triad (SN: FT20450085) is a SunBlade owned by ACS, which lives in w92.
I'm not sure if it's under hardware service but I'm hoping you can look
this up.
I replaced its disk with one from our stock room; if it turns out to be
under hardware service, could you please come pick up the dead disk and
replace it? It's a 20G IDE disk, no sled, sitting in my w92 mailbox.
