These 2 printers were reported down with 'C' code flashing. I have investigated
these problems to find that both exit area covers were broken.
I have fixed W20-EAST-3 by using a spring from my stock and have attached to
the right side. Now up and running.
Python has broken plastic hooks on both sides, and will probably need a
service call. I have shut down the Python queue.
