The printer CERES in the W20 cluster isn't on the network. I don't know
whether this is a problem with the hardware, or whether it was taken or
turned off my a user. Please check it out.
I've downed the queue, please bring it back up when you're done.

Looks like Ceres needs a new transfer roller. Queue is still down with the appropriate msg. Have forwarded over to pcservice.
