The transfer roller holder was indeed broken. A piece of the clamp snapped off. I replaced that and the toner, but now the paper is jamming at OUTPUT.

we will most likely bring it back to the shop on 10/28.

Helios has been jammed every time I've looked in the last day or so;
I down'd the queue because a lot of jobs were accumulating.

Please remember to up the queue and clear the message when you've given
it a once-over.

It looks like in case 450406 helios already got attention today, and since it's currently unjammed, I put the queue up again, and you can close this case.

I do suspect there might be a chronic problem, though.

Further investigation shows The printer is up and running OK as of 10/22 09:19. Many thanks to CFox for double checking.

Unfortunately, it's down again. Not sure what's up this time, since
snmp queries don't work, but if I had to guess it's got a 79 error.

It's seemed like our most troublesome printer this week and last; not
sure if you've already done so, but if not perhaps giving it a once over
to look for a damaged tray or something would be a good idea?

I down'd the queue, since it was accumulating fast; please up it when
you've had a look. (I'll try to remember to keep an eye out and up it
again if a user clears the problem.)

it looked ok again, just now, so I put the queue up; it hasn't rebooted in a while, though, so I doubt it got real attention.

Nope, jammed again. Queue back down.

I replaced the fuser, which looks like it has something melted to it, and also has some marks/wear-and-tear on it. Printer is still having problems, and the toner is both noisy and is leaving a dot pattern on the paper. I believe it needs a new toner and a new transfer roller holder. I will bring those over today.
