This LNO3 was reported having a thick fuzzy horizontal line across the ouput.
Upon investigation, it was noticed that the developement drawer was broken
and detached from its anchoring screw. After checking resolved, it was also
stated that on Nov.20 1991, the drawer was dropped performing a routine
maintenance kit. I believe that this drawer is vibrating the OPC against the
cleaning unit. This printer is under the maint. contract, and the contact
person is Bill Idsardi. I have placed a service call for Wednesday.
