printer PACIFIC makes strange sound

Hi,
The printer PACIFIC in NW86 (Sidney-Pacific) makes a strange sound as if it is
lifting paper all the time. The printer works like ok, but it's unclear what's
happening inside. The printer has recently had a new maintenance kit installed,
and was working ok until today.
Please take a look!
