Hello,
I am an RCC for Baker House and our dorm printer is missing one of it's two
trays (tray 2). It is an HP 8150DN that we started using in the spring of
last year. I am not sure how long the tray has been missing, but it is
much tougher keeping it stocked with paper when it is only using one of two
trays. I figured Baker House will probably have to pay for this, but I was
told by my supervisors to let you know that the tray was missing. I was
told that someone with hotline would know what was the proper procedure for
this. Thanks for your help.
