the monitor w20-575-11 is broken. as i sit here, occasionally a user
comes and tries to "fix it" by powering the monitor and workstation. i
figured i'd let you people know about it. the led indicator on the
front of the workstation is quickly flashing through what seems like a
bunch of random numbers.
