Hi,
The printer SIDNEY in NW86 is printing very poorly (although has new
cartridge in it) for a while now. Please fix!
Also, could you take a look at PACIFIC (next to SIDNEY), which is working
ok, but often jams (probably because of the transfer roller). Even after the
roller is re-seated, it starts jamming again in a few days.
