Hi.
Thank you for replacing ashdown's toner. I'm really sorry pcservice had to
go to this trouble. We can pay for the toner if you'd like.
I understand that it is our responsibility to do this, but I had no idea
that this was the necessary course of action.
I really appreciate your help, but it would be even more helpful if you would
communicate with me as well. I've never known whether or not you have
received my requests for help, nor when you have come to service the printer.
I don't hear from you what actions I should take to help the printer.
The deskworkers and I do not communicate. They don't pass messages along to
me, and they do not service the printer.
Please communicate with me directly by email.
Thank you so much for helping us out. Often I've wondered why constant
jamming suddenly stops. It must have been you printer fairies all along.
Thanks,
Eli
PS How often are we supposed to replace toner? How can I tell when I need to
even when the printer status bar doesn't indicate toner low?
