Hello,
I am the president of Burton-Conner and was told this was an appropriate
email to send this request to. Burton-Conner has two athena printers. One
which is in a small cluster and one by front desk. The one in the cluster
has not worked in over a year. I don't know exactly what's wrong with it.
The one at the front desk jams on an hourly basis. This is no stretch of
the imagination. Sending a job to it almost always requires going
downstairs and clearing out jams repeatedly for your job to finish. This is
quite frustrating for everyone.
Is there anyway to get an assessment of what's broken with the one printer
and/or a replaced printer at the front desk? What would be the steps for
this to happen?
