Hey,
I'm in charge of maintaining ashdown.mit.edu, an HP laserjet, athena printer
for the dorm Ashdown.
The printer jams constantly, and I can't figure out how to make it stop.
I've made 4 requests for help in the last three weeks and I've received no
response except from Lou who said she'd forwarded one of my messages to
pcservice. I'm not sure if pcservice is the appropriate group to contact
because I'm requesting help for an athena printer.
In the past we've asked hotline.mit.edu to help us maintain the printer because
it is an athena printer.
Can you please let me know what I can do to get it fixed?
I'm receiving a lot of pressure from my dorm to get it working again.
