Lou informed me this printer was still having problems.
I've up'd the Q and found that the printer is calling for
toner, I do not have the 198-0 key so someone from Athena
will have to install. It is printing poorly. Printing
the event log pointed to the duplexor being the problem
i removed duplex unit from Metis and installed in Fiber
no problem but with fibers original duplexor installed
it jam'ed all the time.
I've removed the duplex unit from Fiber at this time
and will order a replacement.
