problems with athena log in and printing

Hi, my last e-mail had no subject line so I thought that maybe won't be
recieved. Sorry for the mass e-mail but I was not sure where it had to go.
Two problems:
1. I cannot log on into athena. I keep getting a blank page
2. I was not able to print to ECHO in building 37 Windows cluster. Alll my
prints showed in the queue menu, they processed but nothing came up. How can I
fix this problem?
