printer ashdown needs repair

Printer Ashdown has been down for a very long time.  I realize you guys
may not have been told more than a week or two ago, but we have 300 angry
people who keep complaining about it being broken, so we would appreciate
it if you could fix it as soon as possible.

I was told by our RCC that you are the ones reponsible for fixing it.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, would it be possible for us to get a 2nd printer?  It is pretty
common for the printer to break (mainly because so many people use it),
and it really seems to be an issue that upsets people.
