The current hotline note for the Pal-P problem has somehow disappeared.
I will try and give you backk the vitals.
The VSII/RC can not get past the boot phase 2..1..0.. No error messages appear
on the print server console, except for failure. This VSII/RC is under contract
and I have placed a service call for Thursday. I think that the hard disk
went south, and is not even spinning up.

I have requested Champ to tell DEC to notify Rita (1410) before any work
begins, in case the systems operations people have to first intervene regarding
the print server. I have forwarded this note to "op" as well.
