McCormick Dorm Printers aren't Working

Hello:
I am one of the McCormick RCCs, and I am reporting that McCormick dorm printers
(mccormick and defoliate) are not working. There is paper and I believe there
is toner, so I believe the problem could be hardware. Could you please take a
look at the printers?
mccormick is by the dorm's front desk
defoliate is in the athena cluster (by East Tower)
