Dear Colleagues,

On Tuesday, September 9, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the preparation for
permanent line painting on Vassar Street will occur. The contractor will be
using templates on the road surface to layout the lines, which will be
painted Wednesday night starting at 8:00 p.m. During the preparation work on
Tuesday, traffic will continue to travel in both directions, although there
may be some delays. Police will be on site to facilitate traffic flow. The
morning and evening commutes should not be affected.

On Wednesday, September 10, beginning at 8 p.m. and running through
Thursday, September 11, at 6 a.m., Vassar Street will be closed to all
vehicular traffic to allow for line painting. Traffic will be directed to
Albany Street. The Stata garage will be open for use during normal business
hours.

Bicyclers should not travel on Vassar Street or walk their bikes on the
sidewalks during this overnight period. Police will be on site to facilitate
pedestrian crossings at the intersections and Building 39 crosswalk.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this project.

Regards,
Ruth
