Hello,
I am an RCC for Baker House and I wanted to let you know that we are having
problems with chronic paper jams for our printer, Bricks. Every time
something prints, it starts loading the paper trail and the paper gets
jammed as it comes underneath the toner. I have cleared the jam and all
paper that I can see, but when I try to print a test page, it just happens
again. It is an easy jam to clear, but I can't seem to find anything that
is causing the paper jam. Hopefully, someone will be able to help me
out. The printer is located on the second floor, in the east lounge. It
is an HP 8150dn.
Thanks,
Dan
