Due to a disk problem on 'talos', an Athena NFS server, some files are
currently unavailable. We are in the process of moving all files from
the talos:/u1 and /u2 directories to disks on other NFS servers. We expect
these files will be available again sometime the night of Tues Nov 19.

Since the Hesiod filsys changes are already going through, the way to find
out if something is being moved is to check using 'hesinfo <locker> filsys'.
Here's where stuff is being moved:
from talos:/u1 to aphro:/u3
from talos:/u2 to rodan:/u2
