A woman by he name of Muriel left 1410 voice mail stating that the printer in
the above location needed Toner. I have verified this problem as being false.
In fact, the Toner level was right up there. She may of been confused about the
lightning bolt and code of 6 which is normaly displayed when a print job is
printing. All is fine, problem resolved.
