Athena Cluster support has reported a problem in 12-124. There is a
machine on a dual UTPE drop. The tranceiver has the power and SQE
lights steady, but no TX or RX lights. Can someone check this out. The
local contact is JJ Pitts @ x3-5010. Keep hotline posted at x3-1410.
