Hi Lou,
The students in the department are telling me that when they print to OE2
(duplex), nothing happens. OE prints simplex fine.

Hesreq has taken care of the 4SI to 8150 issue.
Its unclear if you are talking about the setup of the print
queues, or you just need to print a simplex, &
duplex job to the printer.

Subject: Printer "OE" information update
Please update the printer information for OE and OE2 to reflect that it is
an 8150dn, and not a 4si. Can you also verify that the printer is properly
functioning in both simplex and duplex modes once this is done?
