JJ,
I had called your place and left a message over a month ago and didn't hear back so I figured you were all set. I have information that I can send you; basically we are looking for service centers to do more than the basic shipping of the units, etc. which is why the message was sent out. Unfortunately, it wasn't really a de-authorization but a call for re-authorization with the new standards. I'm sorry this was so confusing, you certainly aren't alone. If you'd like, I can send you info on the program and contact information of folks that can assist.
Thanks,
Bill
