guys:
when i came over here to service lotis, i notice a 13.1 jam on picus. but
there was no jam. it made a terrible groaning noise and i noticed that tray 3
was empty. i filled it and it's printing now, but i'm wondering why it wasn't
taking the paper from tray 2 (maybe that was the cause of the noise?)
