Subject: Chilled Water Distribution
The chilled water pumps in building E17 and E18 are off line. The chilled
water is flowing through the bypass for the pumps. This system should work
and provide adequate chilled water capacity. If for any reason it becomes
necessary to start the pumps in either building the bypass must be closed
prior to starting the pumps to prevent short circuiting. In addition
several valves in the main chilled water distribution to buildings E17, E18
and E19 have manipulated to achieve a certain flow. These valves are tagged
and should not be operated without notifying Michael Correira.
Thank You,
Bernie Richard
