The graphics card on cutter-john (Dell Optiplex GX110) in
the SIPB office (W20-557) started displaying significant
horizontal streaking behavior.
We suspect the problem is the same as with hotline[64518].
(An identical machine in the SIPB office.) Can we get a
replacement card?
