E51 Printers (Lotis&Picus) Down with Jams

I have reported that these two printers are down due to major jamming.
Myself & John Guy have spent approx 1/2 hr on both these printers clearing the
major paper jams. I have put the queues down with the appropriate msg's, and
placed a call for repair at approx. 3:30 this afternoon to pcservice. Have
already received two complaints re: these 2 down printers.
