(note: a nearly-identical message regarding the adjacent printer, lotis, was
also entered into pcservice casetracker.)
Lou reported that picus jams quite frequently. Upon on-site inspection, he
reprots that the fuser may be damaged and most likely needs to be replaced.
I will check this out on my morning travels on 7/29.
