Hi hotline,
I noticed the 4-035 cluster is closed, and the printers pandora and
medea both have messages stating this. However, the queues are still
up and allow printing.
This is causing a support problem for OLC, as we're getting reports
of users printing documents there and then discovering that the cluster
is locked. I realize that those printers have messages on the queues,
but those are only visible if you run "lpq", and few people do that
before printing. Also, those printing from windows or mac computers do
not have the option of running lpq before they print.
Is there any way we can down these queues to prevent users from
printing?
Thanks,
Jon
