m66-080-16 is cycling through a partial boot->panic->partial boot cycle
at a repeating interval of 40 seconds. (This is the same machine that
was recently worked on.)
The boot screen disappears too quickly for me to get much useful
information except to see that it looks unusual and includes the word
"panic." Sorry for the lack of more information. (It does not have a
disk or CD in it, FWIW.)
