The moira database will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours
beginning shortly after 2am Sunday night, 7/20/03. During this time,
the default Athena user quota will be increased to 500 MB.
If all goes well, the nightly DCMs should not be impacted or delayed by
this outage.
As usual, status updates will be sent to the consult instance.
