A couple of weeks ago, Rita came over with 2 DEC F/S people to yank out
an Ethernet board and 4 Megs of RAM. After that work was done, my
machine started acting weird, crashing unexplainably when running
certain programs. Now, I have blown away the hard drive and reinstalled
the System software, etc. It's still acting strange. I have even
downgraded from System 7 and it is _still_ acting strange.
One of my examples of strange behavior is the machine crashing when it's
about to format a high density floppy disk. I don't know what else could
be wrong with it! It's driving me crazy, so I want one of those people
to come in and deal with the machine ASAP!!!! If I have to deal with it
too much longer, it may find itself splattered all over the parking lot!
The machine is a Macintosh SE/30 with 4M of memory and an 80M hard disk.
The serial number is F9510R2K01.
