Ms. Nichols,
I'm sending this on behalf of Alpha Phi Omega. W20-415 is our office in
the student center, and we received word about the asbestos removal of that
room on May 29 and May 30 and we wanted a bit more information about what
this will mean to us. First, will this require everything to be moved out
of the office? If so, we hope you understand that there is a *lot* of
stuff in there, including a very heavy letter press in the back room that
would be extremely difficult to move. Also, if this is the case, where
would everything be moved? Many of the items are worth a lot to us, both
monetarily and sentimentally, so we'd be concerned that they might be
lost or stolen.
We're happy to help you get ready for this, but it would be nice to have
some of these questions answered before that.
