user called in to report that the athena printer in 7-321 is "having trouble."
the extent of her detail was that it "needed maintenance, but they brought the
wrong cartridge". my guess is that it needs a maintenance kit.
if one of the athena guys can check it out and let us know if pcservice needs
to respond, that would be great.
