The electronic turnin server eos will be unavailable for approximately
20 minutes beginning at 12:15am the morning of Wednesday, 7/2/2003 (note
that this is late Tuesday night). During this time, the machine will be
upgraded to new hardware.
Notifications regarding the status of the outage will be sent to the
consult instance.
