I have been having the [25~ character come up randomly in my typing.
[25~It seems to happen when I rest my hands lightly on the keyboard,
and may be connected to use of the space bar or the "a" key. It comes
up as 5~ at the prompt, and a aaaaaaa[25[25~, w[25~e[25~ll, you[25~ c[25~an s[25~e[25~e[25~ how it
comes up when [25~I am in a command-line program such a[25~s ze[25~phyr
or mhmail.
