Dear MIT Customers,
To learn more about the new repair request and tracking web features that
the Department of Facilities recently announced, please come to our Customer
Forum today, Monday, June 23 from Noon until 1:00 p.m. in Room 68-181. Lisa
St. Croix, our IT Trainer, will give a presentation on using the new repair
request feature
