I have investigated these 1410 voice mail calls, and have found the following:
M1-142-16 A reboot has corrected the mouse problem. All set now.
M1-142-15 I have reseated the cpu power cord at the a.c. wall outlet. O.K.
M1-142-13 A reboot has corrected the frozen mouse problem. All set.
M1-142-17 A reboot has corrected the frozen mouse problem. All set.
M1-142-15 ** Has a missing/stolen mouse ** This will need a mouse replacement.
S/N of this system if needed is WF72306426.
