Hi! New user lockers are being assigned to aphrodite:/u3, but that
partition isn't in service. The lockers that were there were moved to
hecate. I don't have any information about if/when that disk will be
back in use.
The user who I noticed this for is "sarek" -- I'll take care of fixing
his account, but I don't know if anyone else is in the same situation.
