           Net-help
The telephone house pairs from telephone closet
		35-220 E to 35-209 were incorrectly terminated.
		The 2nd (w/o) and 3nd pairs (w/g) were terminated
		in the wrong locations.
The drop has been crossed wired to correct the
error. However, a trouble ticket will be issued to
		AT&T to correct the problem.
Telcom will recross wire after the house pairs
		have be repaired.
The customer, Professor Kennedy, does have my
phone number if there are any further problems.

						Stephen
