I have formatted this RT due to hard errors, and super block errors on the
'G' partition. Jchase has also formatted the hard disk. Software attempts
have failed. I have run diags and have received the following errors:
Service Request Number 13-70C
Suspect problem with the fixed disk drive in location c
RT fixed-disk type R70.
Cpu S/N 26-0000300
