Printer "hayden" printing continuous blanks

I found that the printer "hayden" was printing blank pages as fast as
the engine would pump them out. At first I suspected bad Postscript
code causing the printer to puke, but lpq consistently showed this
results without change even *AFTER* two dozen pages ran through:

I have removed paper to stop the printer from running, and left a note
on it about the printer having problems and not to use it.
